An international pharmaceutical company seeks a Swine Technical Services Veterinarian.
Description of Duties:
- Communicate technical data to Canadian swine vets
- Working closely with and provide training to the Sales Force on technical, industry & product knowledge
- Help implement swine related technical programs for veterinarians, industry personnel & producers
- Help in designing and monitoring of regulatory and marketing product trials
- Work with large integrators and swine loops on management factors, disease prevention and reproduction programs
- Travel required within Canada with occasional international travel
- Reporting to Manager of Technical Services
- Position can be based anywhere in Canada
Qualifications:
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Generalized experience with swine production
- Experience/interest in poultry production would be an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) or willingness to improve second language (immersion) is an asset
